Paint your nails red. (The other tutorials like this one use pink but red's so much ... flashier.)
Put some green tips on thar. Do a couple coats so it stands out nicely. Also, some reading material is crucial since this step takes forever to dry. I recommend "Knocked Up" by Rebecca Eckler.
Slap some black dots on those. (mine are actually purple. I don't think anyone noticed though.) Hurrah, you're done!
