You Will Need (5 things)
- Pencil
- Ink pen
- Blank Card
- Paint brush
- watercolors
Steps (6 steps, 30 minutes)
-
1
Gather up your supplies: watercolors, ink pen (alternatively, you can use a sharpie), pencil and a blank white card.
-
2
Sketch out your floral design in pencil first. Start with a circle and add little flower doodles. The beauty of watercolors is that it's all about the impression- the flowers don't need to be realistic!
-
3
Once you are done with the sketch, go over it with watercolors. Start with a light wash and add more color later.
-
4
Once you are done with the painting, outline the flowers using an ink pen.
-
5
I love how the black outline gives it a little punch!
