Waffle Cones

About
The easiest way to make waffle cones is by using a machine specifically designed for the job. Waffle cone makers are inexpensive, and most come with a mode that makes shaping the cones a snap. A pizelle iron can be used instead.

WAFFLE CUPS
To make waffle cups, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for making waffle cones, adding about half the amount of batter
to the iron as directed. Remove the baked waffle round from the iron and carefully drape it over the outside of an overturned bowl, pressing it to the sides of the bowl (it’s okay if the sides pinch or buckle). Let the waffle cup cool on the bowl until firm.
