I made this as an Anti-Valentines/early Halloween post on my blog and thought it just turned out way too cute! I loved the idea of a VooDoo Lady using it to sew.

I made this as an Anti-Valentines/early Halloween post on my blog and thought it just turned out way too cute! I loved the idea of a VooDoo Lady using it to sew.

Instructions

1. 

   I used this book to create this template, but you can do it freehand if you wish.

2. 

   Then find a way to secure the template to the fabric.

3. 

   And get to stitching. You can do this however you wish.

4. 

   I wanted mine to look very rustic, so I varied up my stitches a lot.

5. 

   Cut out a piece of cardboard that you will be able to fold the fabric over to get a circle.

6. 

   Then fill it with fiber fill and hot glue down the sides to the cardboard. You would have to fold the edges of the fabric down at angles to get a circle.

7. 

   Then you're done! You can stick in your pins to your hearts content!
