You Will Need (9 things)
- 1 small piece of Fabric (or you could use a paint)
- 2 Bottle Tops
- Hammer or Pliers
- 1 Marker Pen
- Glue (I used UHU)
- 20 Fake Pearl Beads
- Decorations that you would like on your locket
- 1 necklace Chain
- 1 small piece of String or thread
Steps (18 steps, 60 minutes)
-
1
First, get your 2 bottle caps!
-
2
if your bottle tops have a rubber layer on...like mine! Just peel it off..it's pretty easy to do!
-
3
The 2 bottle tops should look like this:
-
4
Use the end of your hammer or pliers to bend the the rims.
-
5
Keep bending...
-
6
There you go! They should now look like this:
-
7
Thread your beads onto a piece of string or tread and tie a small knot, so that the beads form a circle.
-
8
Like this:
-
9
gather up all your things together.
-
10
Draw round both of your bottle tops onto your fabric and cut them out.
-
11
Also cut out a small strip of fabric
-
12
You should now have this:
-
13
Glue your strip onto one bottle cap
-
14
Then onto the other
-
15
Then add the beads to the outside:
-
16
Glue your 2 circles of fabric onto your bottle tops like this:
-
17
Then add your decoration to the locket
-
18
Add a chain and your done!!
