So the barbie isn't exactly vintage but she is "vintage themed" I think she came with a McDonald's Happy Meal. You can buy her here http://www.etsy.com/listing/95831476/vintage-lot-of-miniature-barbie-dolls Plastic Fairy Wings you can get at probably any Party Store The Fountain Mister you can get at www.earthboundtrading.com but the stand is complete crap which is why I no longer have it.

Glue the wings to the center of her back
Remove hair barrette,measure around pony tail and cut off that length of lace plus a little extra(to glue) Wrap the lace with the scalloped part facing forward (so it looks like a cap)and glue the lace to its self. If you don't want it to fall off glue it to her hair too. I added feathers and little clear beads to her cap.
Wait for the glue to dry before you put her in her new Fairytopia.
