i was s happy when i found a little box with 3 victorian lockets! i'm in love with those victorian lockets but most of the time they are pretty pricy. these were 3 euro for a box. so i think it was a good investment. this is how to make this ring:

get out some elastic mine had a with of 1 cm. try on your finger how long it should be and cut it of leaving a little extra space for sewing. use a lighter to melt the edges to prevent fringed edges. and sew together by hand.
get out your locket. try to find one with loops to sew it on your ring. some thing like the one on the picture
sew it on by hand using the same color thread as your elastic
snip of al the loose hanging thread. and go and rock your ring!
you can of course also just glue it to a ring-base
