You will need

2 Bright colored Eye Shadow of your choice in the same color family one light and one dark. 2 Eye Shadow Brush flat and angled.

Instructions

1. 

   Start with your naked brows.

2. 

   Apply a white cream over brow hair.

3. 

   Use a stiff eye shadow brush to apply a color of your choice over your brow.

4. 

   Use an angled brush with the same color to sharpen the edges.

5. 

   Use a dark color in the same shade family. I used red to edge the end of my tail for dimension.
