Do not use superglue on your teeth, it may not erode the enamel but the membranes in the mouth are thin, do you really want chemicals in superglue leaching into your system? dental glue yes because its designed and intended for in the mouth. If something went wrong and you got ill because of this you would have zero recourse legally because you have used the superglue in a way it's not intended for. Ask yourself is it worth risking your health, not trying to be awkward but as a make up artist I do know what I am talking about as I apply prosthetics etc., on a regular basis.

Yeah, I agree. Nail glue is basically superglue. Bad idea. That stuff is NOT acid-free NOR non-toxic. You're not even supposed to get on you skin, as it can be a severe irritant. Your gums and enamel? No way.
