You Will Need (8 things)
- 5 Carrot(s)
- 1 Large Onion(s)
- 2 Bell Pepper
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 cans Black Beans
- 1 can Pinto Beans
Steps (5 steps, 450 minutes)
-
1
Chop up veggies. The size is up to you. I like the pieces pretty good sized.
-
2
Toss the veggies into the crock pot.
Open the cans of beans, drain them, and add them to the crock pot.

Pour the tomato sauce in, My measurement of this is really a guess. It was a big glass jar, and I poured in a little more than half, and add the chili powder. You can add more depending on how spicy you want it! I put two and a half tbs. but it was almost too spicy.

Turn the crock pot on Low, and let cook for about 8 hours. Stir occasionally.

Serve with a little cheese and sour cream, and a side of tasty corn bread!
