Vegetarian "Chicken" Soup

This soup is perfect for when you don't feel like cooking but need home cooking!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 3 cup Noodles
  • 1 Green Beans 1 can
  • 1 cup Onion(s)
  • Veggie Broth
  • 1/2 Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Carrot(s)

Steps (1 step, 30 minutes)

    *Saute onion, diced carrots, and diced bell peppers in soup pan
    *Once onions are caramelized and carrots are tender add can of green beans
    *Immediately add veggie broth, I used a veggie bullion cube + 6 cups water
    *Add bay leaf to soup and let simmer.
    *If you have fake chicken strips you would like to add do it now.
    *Boil noodles, rinse with cold water once al dente', toss with olive or hemp oil to add Omega :)
    *I boiled my noodles while the veggies were sauteing and added them once the broth was added. (This makes it faster)

    *Now go cuddle up with a good book or show and relax!
