Creamy vanilla panna cotta dessert

Easy to make and is sure to impress.
It only takes a little time to make this dish up, but it will need additional time to set in the fridge.

You Will Need (5 things)
- 3 Gelatine Leaves
- 2 ½ ml Milk
- 2 ½ ml Double Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ g Sugar
Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

Soak the gelatine leaves in a little cold water until soft.

Place milk, cream, vanilla & sugar into a pan & simmer.
When come's up to simmer turn off pan.

Squeeze the water out of the gelatine and add to the pan.
Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved.

Divide in the mixture between the bowl's and leave to cool.
Once cool, place in fridge to set. Approx 1 hour.
