This fudge requires a food thermometer. It is really sweet & tasty.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Combine milk, evaporated milk, sugar & butter in a pan. Heat through until all ingredients are combined & the sugar is dissolved.
Place a sugar thermometer into the pan. Bring to the boil & cook until temp reaches 240 degree (soft ball). Once temp is reached, remove from the heat & stir in vanilla.
Beat with a wooden spoon until mixture is thick & lost it's shine. Pour into tin & allow to cool for 10 mins. Cut into squares & cool completely.
