French toast is a tasty breakfast, excellent with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, and syrup. Flour helps to give it a fluffier texture, while vanilla and cinnamon lend their delicious flavours. (Step 1,2 and 3 pictures are taken off Google)

Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl, and beat them with a whisk. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and cinnamon(if wanted). Whisk until well-mixed, and pour into a pie plate or similar container.
Put half of the butter into a skillet, and let the butter melt on medium-heat.
Dip 1 slice of bread in the egg mixture, then turn over with a fork or your hands. When both sides are coated, place it carefully in the skillet.
Cook until bottoms are light brown. Be patient, this will take at least a few minutes. Believe me, you do not want soggy french toast! Once bread is cooked, flip to other side. Cook second side until light brown, and remove bread from skillet.
If needed, put the remaining butter in the skillet and let melt. Repeat steps 3 and 4. Turn off burner.
Serve french toast with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, and a drizzle of syrup.
