You Will Need (7 things)

  • Cake

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g Self-Raising Flour
  • Filling

  • 100 ml Heavy Cream
  • 30 g Strawberry Jam

Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)

    Heat oven 220 degrees.

    Whisk eggs & sugar together until pale, light & fluffy.

    Double sift the flour.

    Fold into the eggs.

    Pour into a tray.

    Bake for 8-10 mins.

    Sprinkle baking paper sugar.

    Place the cake onto the paper & wrap up in paper & a towel.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Whip the cream & sugar together.

    Spread the cake with jam.

  6. 6

    Spread the cream on top.

  7. 7

    Roll up.

  8. 8

    Cut & serve.
