Vampire Cupcakes

I looked all over the internet for this recipe. Found a video on youtube as well. I found it easier to use strawberry jelly, in a squeezable bottle instead of using pie filling and stuff. I call them "Bite Me!" cupcakes. It's a much more clever name.
