This is a nice cheesecake to make ahead. You can put original Oreos through the cheesecake if you prefer.
This is a nice cheesecake to make ahead. You can put original Oreos through the cheesecake if you prefer.
Mix the butter & Oreos together.
Press into a tin. Leave aside to set.
Mix the cream cheese & icing sugar together.
Add the vanilla. Mix through.
Mix a little cream cheese with the chocolate. Pour the mixture into the cream cheese mixture & stir to combine.
Fold in the golden Oreos.
Pour on top of the base. Place in fridge & allow to set for atleast a few hours but better overnight.
Decorate with crushed & halved Oreos. Cut into slices. Serve.
