This is a nice cheesecake to make ahead.

You can put original Oreos through the cheesecake if you prefer.

You Will Need (11 things)

  • Base

  • 200g Oreo Cookie Crushed
  • 50g Butter Melted

  • Cheesecake

  • 400g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 200g White Chocolate Melted
  • 100g Golden Oreos Crushed

  • Decorate

  • Oreos

Steps (8 steps, 20 minutes)

    Mix the butter & Oreos together.

    Press into a tin.

    Leave aside to set.

    Mix the cream cheese & icing sugar together.

    Add the vanilla.

    Mix through.

    Mix a little cream cheese with the chocolate.

    Pour the mixture into the cream cheese mixture & stir to combine.

    Fold in the golden Oreos.

    Pour on top of the base.

    Place in fridge & allow to set for atleast a few hours but better overnight.

    Decorate with crushed & halved Oreos.

    Cut into slices.

    Serve.
