this is a really nice piece of cake. but it helps if you're good at baking.

You will need

1 tbsp Cocoa 6 oz Margarine 6 oz Caster Sugar 6 oz Self-Raising Flour 2 tbsp Water 1 tbsp Baking Powder 3 Egg(s) Mixing Bowl 2 Baking Tin 1 Oven 1 Baking Paper 1 Rack 3 oz Icing Sugar 6 oz Butter 1 Chocolate

this is a really nice piece of cake. but it helps if you're good at baking.

Instructions

1. measure ingredients and put into mixing bowl.

2. preheat oven to gas 4,350 degrees F,170 degrees C.

3. mix with electric whisk.

4. grease and line baking tins with margarine and baking paper.

5. pour the mix into baking tins and place in heated oven and bake for 20-25 mins.

6. turn it out onto a wire rack and wait until it's cooled down.

7. mix 6 oz of butter with 3oz of icing sugar.mix it with a spoon until it's nice and creamy.

8. spread half of the icing on top of one half and sandwich both halves together and spread the remaining icing on the top and add chocolates.
