First start with some primer and brows and sketch the two hearts where you'd like them. i used pixie epoxy as primer, a light brown eye pen for brows and lime crime lotus noir eyeshadow for the hearts. i now think with a black pen the result would be a bit more defined so go ahead and use a pen if you like :)!
start to sketch some more :)! i went for these lines so they would cut the crease nicely along with the heart pattern :)
sketch a "blank" area around the hearts with red like in the pic :) i used love+ by sugarpill.
place some white in the blank area you just left. i used sugarpill tako.
fill in the heartshapes with a golden shade. i used sugarpill goldilux. you can of course do this with any colours you feel like doing :). i think with some neutral shades it would be a lot less wild and a bit more wearable but still a fun one :).
start to fill in your upper lid with some red. blend it in with the black you used before a bit.
start to work with a hot pink shade like sugarpill dollipop a bit over the red working from corners towards the middle of your lid.
use a sparkly hot pink like sugarpill decora to fill in the whole lid.
now start using the hot pink above the hearts over the red a bit and working towards browbone.
take the sparkly hot pink again and continue to work towards your brow bone.
Take a lighter sparkly pink and place it so there is a little gap between it and your eyebrow. this is sugarpill birthday girl.
take a sparkly white and fill in the gap near your brow. blend all the colours together for a smooth transition from shade to shade. i used sugarpill lumi :)
with the sparkly hot pink fill in the lower lashline
blend the lower lid with the lighter sparkly pink
put on some eyeliner if you like to wear some :)
put on mascara, black khol on the waterline and some fake lashes if you like :)! now you're done :)!!
