My hair is long enough that it didn't really 'hawk' it just kind of separated, I'm hoping to do it again and get a better hawk out of it. But for what it was, and how long it took, I was very pleased. getting the volume I wanted was pretty difficult without adding batting to my hair (which I have done before. . .) so the next time I decide to try it I'll probably start early in the day and just hairspray the crap out of it.
