If you've seen any of my other projects you know that my better half is a DJ and I really love to make custom stuff for him. He said he wanted a hoodie so TADA custom DJ hoodie.

First things first I took a picture of a turntable and used photoshop to turn it into a stencil by using the cutout feature. Filter -> artistic -> cutout.
Then I used illistrator to spilt the sencil into three colors. Black
Light gray
and a medium gray
I layer them on doing light gray first then medium then black and did a test on an old shirt. !!!make sure the previous layer is completely dry before you try putting on another!!! its usually good to test stuff rather than ruining a good shirt.
after the test I went ahead and did it on the hoodie. The most expensive thing was the hoodie itself which still wasn't bad, and then most time consuming part was waiting for each layer to dry.
