I saw the cupcakes from "Hello, Cupcake" that looked like little stuffed turkeys and decided I didn't have the patience to make multiple of these, so I made one huge one in cake form. I basically made a supersized version, using large log pretzels and a LOT of square caramels. Also, yes, there actually IS a cake under all that!
