This is one of my go-to lunches when I do not have a lot of time. It is very filling and healthy. The bell peppers give it that little crunch for extra texture.
Let start by washing your lettuce; cut them as small or as big as you would like.
In a mixing bowl add the lettuce, Yellow onions, Bell peppers, shredded carrots, and roma tomatoes.
Give it a toss and place it on a plate. In the middle of the plate, add the tuna and parsley to garnish.
