I didn't think I was a fan of kale until I tried some fried in a salad and thought it had lots of potential. This was my first recipe experimenting with it and we all thought it was delicious!
I didn't think I was a fan of kale until I tried some fried in a salad and thought it had lots of potential. This was my first recipe experimenting with it and we all thought it was delicious!
Before you begin, cook the quinoa and place to the side.
Thinly slice the onion and fry with the cooked quinoa until golden.
Add the kale, chilli flakes and drizzle with soy sauce, rice vinegar and chilli dressing. Cook for a couple of minutes so the kale is a little softer and then pop on your plates.
Sear the two tuna steaks they way you like them and serve on top of the salad, sprinkling with sesame seeds and seaweed seasoning.
