Tuna & Seaweed Burgers
Panko coated tuna & crispy seaweed burgers topped with roe, wasabi mayo and teriyaki sauce!

You Will Need (16 things)

For the burgers
- 250 g Tuna steak (fresh of from a can)
- 35 g Crispy Seaweed salad
- 2 Spring Onions finely sliced
- 4 Garlic Cloves , chopped
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Crispy Onions
- Soy Sauce
- Panko breadcrumbs

To serve
- 2 Toasted burger Buns
- Wasabi Mayonnaise
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Salmon Roe
Steps (5 steps, 25 minutes)

Combine the tuna, garlic, sesame seeds, crispy onions, garlic and spring onions (saving a handful to top the burgers with later).

Stir in the seaweed, add the balsamic vinegar and season with soy sauce to your liking.

Form the mixture into two patties and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties with a little olive oil for 5 minutes on either side until golden.

Toast a burger bun and spread the bottom half with wasabi mayo and the top half with teriyaki sauce. Place your tuna burger inside and top with salmon roe and a sprinkling of crispy onions and spring onions.
