Tuna & Rice Noodle Wraps
Seared tuna steak wraps with rice noodles, cucumber, spring onions and a herby sour cream dressing.

While travelling last year, we ordered tuna wraps from room service and they had noodles inside. We attempted to recreate them at home and came up with an amazing sour cream dressing which would taste great in all kinds of dishes.

You Will Need (11 things)
- 2 Tuna steaks
- 100 g Rice Noodles
- ½ Cucumber
- 4 Spring Onions
- 150 ml Sour Cream
- 5 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 8 Tortilla Bread
- 1 cup Thai Basil
- 1 cup Dill
- 1 cup Mint
- 1 cup Chives
Steps (10 steps, 30 minutes)

Finely chop your herbs.

Mix together the sour cream and sweet chilli sauce and then stir in the herbs and place to the side.

Cut the cucumber into thin batons and chop the spring onions and place to the side.

Cook the glass noodles, run under water until cold and place to the side. Heat the tortilla bread in a warm oven.

Sear the tuna steaks in a hot pan until cooked but still pink in the middle. Cut into thin slices.

Lay the warm tortilla bread on a square of tinfoil and spread an eight of the sour cream sauce on top.

Lay an eight of the rice noodles on top.

Add some cucumber batons and sprinkle with spring onions.

Lay the tuna slices on top.

Fold your tortilla, wrapping it in the tinfoil and serve!
