Based on T Shirt Shrug by EVEnl
A friend of mine needed something to go over her dress for a champagne brunch on Sunday. So I grabbed a random t shirt that was sitting in my scraps pile and had already cut out the collar, so I just pinned it and top stitched it together and strung a ribbon through it and TA-DA!

The sleeves I'd cut a "D" shape out of previously so I top-stitched a piece of black satin ribbon over the cuts and left a tail that could then be tied. =)

What did you do with the sleeves, was the shirt already like that or did you make that? It's awesome!
