Three layers of delicious cheesecake with an Oreo base. It has a soft, light & Mousse like texture.

You will need

Base
2 1/2 cup Oreos Crushed 6 tbsp Butter Melted
Cheesecake
32 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Icing Sugar 10 oz Chocolate Melted 2 cup Heavy Cream 2 tsp Vanilla
Topping
3/4 cup Heavy Cream 6 oz Chocolate Chopped 1 tbsp Sugar

Description

Three layers of delicious cheesecake with an Oreo base. It has a soft, light & Mousse like texture.

Instructions

1. 

   Base... Mix ingredients together. Press into a tin.

2. 

   Cheesecake... Mix together cheese & icing sugar.

3. 

   Whip cream & vanilla together to soft peaks.

4. 

   Fold together cream & cheese mixture.

5. 

   Fold half the cheese mixture into the chocolate.

6. 

   Pour over the base.

7. 

   Pour the remaining cheese mixture over the chocolate mixture. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hr.

8. 

   Topping... Heat all ingredients together until smooth & melted. Leave to cool a little.

9. 

   Pour over the top of the cheesecake. Allow to set.

10. 

    Cut & serve.
