There's are a chocoholics dream. They are easy to make. They taste delicious warm with milk. This recipe uses cut up chocolate bars but you can use chocolate chips.

You will need

100 g Dark Chocolate Chopped 200 g Butter 150 g Brown Sugar 100 g Sugar 2 Eggs 275 g Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 35 g Cocoa 100 g White Chocolate Chopped 80 g Milk Chocolate Chopped

There's are a chocoholics dream. They are easy to make. They taste delicious warm with milk. This recipe uses cut up chocolate bars but you can use chocolate chips.

Instructions

1. Heat oven 200 degrees. Melt dark chocolate. Set aside to cool.

2. 

   Beat butter & sugars together until pale & creamy.

3. 

   Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well between addition.

4. 

   Add the melted chocolate.

5. 

   Sift in the flour, baking powder & cocoa. Fold through.

6. 

   Fold in the white chocolate & milk chocolate .

7. 

   Spoon the mixture on to a tray. Leave room between each cookie.

8. 

   Bake for 15 mins until firm but still soft.

9. 

   Serve warm or cold.
