It has been years since I last sat down on a project that involves costume making and this time around I made sure to document it. I was determined to make this for Corey because I was inspired from the likes of Costume Maker / Cosplayers, Guy Singzon and RB Cheng. This is what I call, costume-making "home maker" style...nyahahaha!!!

You will need pre-cut styrofoam circles, paint brushes, paint for styrofoam (yellow and black), spray paint (yellow), cutter, glue gun (optional), two toilet paper cardboard roll, old newspapers, masking tape, two plastic fastener and a big cardboard or corrugated box.
Cut an opening big enough for the head and arms to go through.
Make sure to leave the flaps out. It will be used later on for the wheels.
Cut a portion to fit the diameter of the pre-cut styrofoam wheel.
Make sure it fits one-eighth of the pre-cut styrofoam.
Spray paint the box in yellow. Word of advise: Use white latex paint first before using Pylox paint for better coverage.
Cover a portion of the box with newspaper and masking tape then paint two think lines in black, just like the ones on the Camaro (The Bumblebee car).
Paint two toilet paper cardboard rolls in black.
Paint the styrofoam to look like wheels.
Add more details to it.
This is how it should look like.
Puncture a hole and attach the wheel to the toilet paper cardboard roll using a plastic fastener.
Add the "Autobot" logo.
Have your son wear black leggings or tights, black long-sleeve shirt, black socks or black sneakers and black gloves. You may snip small strips of yellow electric tape and attach it to the gloves. Happy Halloween!
