Fast to make.

You will need

6 rashers Bacon 3/4 lbs Brussels Sprouts 2 cloves Garlic 1/2 cup Warm Water 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 3 cup Mozzarella 24 oz Tortellini

Fast to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Cook the bacon until browned.

2. 

   Add the sprouts. Cook for 8-10 mins. Remove from the pan.

3. 

   Cook the garlic & flakes.

4. 

   Add the water & cream. Stir to combine. Add the salt & pepper. Stir through.

5. 

   Add 1/2 the cheese. Stir to melt.

6. 

   Blanch the tortellini.

7. 

   Add the tortellini to the sauce. Stir through & top with cheese

8. 

   Serve.
