I saw this on the next great baker show and I thought I have to try to recreate this

Mixed Spice Lasagna Noodles Meatballs Tomato Sauce

I saw this on the next great baker show and I thought I have to try to recreate this

Instructions

1. 

   crack lasagna noodles then add them to a pot of boiling water till soft

2. 

   while the noodles were cooking cook the meatballs in a half tomato sauce/water mix

3. when the meatballs are cooked, add the vegs and cover with a pot lid

4. 

   drain noodles and place in bowl

5. 

   add vegs and shread cheese for the top
