You Will Need (15 things)

  • 100 g + 1 tbs Plain Flour
  • Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cans peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Broth
  • 3 tsp Green Pesto
  • 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Sugar

Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

    Mix 100 g flour, milk and egg and season with salt and pepper. Leave the batter for about 10 min.

    Peel and chop onion and garlic. Steam in hot oil and add 1 tbs. flour with tomato paste. Add tomatoes with juice and 1/2 L water. Bring to a boil and stir the broth in. Cover and simmer for about 15 min.

    Heat oil in a big pan and fry 2 thin pancakes with your batter. Leave them to cool. Spread 1 tsp. of pesto on each pancake, roll it up and cut into slices.

    Blend the soup and season with salt, Tabasco and sugar. Mix Crème fraîche with 1 tsp. pesto and garnish the soup.
