Once you have finished using the toilet paper in your bathroom and the roll is empty, peel off all debris.
You can use any foam shapes, or cut them yourself. For this project I first used semi-adhesive, tested the stamp, then hot-glued the shapes on.
Once everything is secure put a little dab of paint on a flat tray and roll the tube in it, covering all the shapes in your pattern. Similar to a roller brush.
With even pressure roll the tube onto the desired paper and let dry. Then, enjoy! You can use this stamp on cards, tags, wrapping paper, etc. (I already used my patterned paper elsewhere)
