Toilet Paper Rolls White Sheet s Glue Coloured Pencils Or Permanent Markers Colored Paper

Instructions

1. 

   take the roll and the white sheet and roll it over until it is covered by the sheet

2. 

   make a line where you are going to cut the sheet or if you prefered it, just keep the complete sheet

3. 

   cut the sheet

4. 

   put some glue at one of ends and stick it to the toilet paper roll

5. 

   do the same with the other end

6. 

   put whats left of the sheet inside the roll

7. 

   like this

   so far u have this

9. 

   start decorating the face

10. 

    keep adding deco details

    and done.
