Mini Top Hat/Fascinator made from Toilet Roll inserts, Black Fabric & Feathers.

You will need

2 Toilet Roll Insert X2 Black Fabric 1 Stapler 1 Tube Fabric Glue 6 Feather(s) 1 Black Flower

Description

Mini Top Hat/Fascinator made from Toilet Roll inserts, Black Fabric & Feathers.

Instructions

1. Flatten Cardboard Rolls, Cut into four rings,Staple them together at the sides to make a flower Shape.This will be the Base for the hat.

2. Cover the Base you have made with Black Fabric, stapleing in at the sides & Corners to keep the shape.

3. Cut another Toilet Roll Insert in Half to make the Top Hat part, & then Cover in the same Black Fabric. Use loose fabric at Bottom to staple to the Base.

4. Staple Elastic hairband underneath the base of the Hat.

5. Decorate your Hat, I used Black feathers that I had from an old Ball mask & some pink one's that I plucked from a feather Boa lol, a black flower & some pink Ribbon.
