These tempting mini banana bundt cakes are infused with 55 Toffee Vodka and drizzled with a sticky toffee sauce and walnuts.

You Will Need (9 things)
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Self-Raising Flour
- 120 g Sugar
- 100 g Crushed Walnuts
- 4 oz Toffee Vodka
- 3 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Toffee Sauce
Steps (10 steps, 25 minutes)

Cream together the butter and sugar.

Beat in the eggs.

Add the toffee vodka.

Whisk together the flour and baking powder and add to the batter.

Mash in the bananas.

Stir the walnuts into the batter.

Divide the batter into your mini bundt tins.

Bake at 180'C for 20 minutes.

Gently heat some toffee sauce in the microwave.

Serve warm, drizzled in toffee sauce and sprinkled with crushed walnuts.
