This is a fun busy board you can make for toddlers to learn fine motor skills.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • Wood Board (we did 2 x 2)
  • Stain or paint
  • Stain Rag
  • Assorted latches, mirrors, Calculator
  • Sand Paper or router
  • Drill
  • Picture hanging cleat
  • Thin strip of Wood

Steps (6 steps, 180 minutes)

  1. 1

    Cut and route edges of wood to desired board size.

  2. 2

    Stain or paint wood (we taped off the edges and painted a boarder around the edges but it's not necessary).

  3. 3

    Lay out latches.

  4. 4

    Adhere latches with screws that come with latches.

  5. 5

    Attach hanging ledge to the back.

  6. 6

    Hang on the wall.
