A great & filling dinner.

This is easy to make you can double up the ingredients to feed more or less people.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • Sausage(s)
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 1/2 pint Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Onions
  • Flour
  • Beef Stock

Steps (7 steps, 90 minutes)

    Mix the plain flour, milk & eggs together to make a batter.

    Place in fridge for at least 30 mins.

    Heat the oven to highest temp.

    Place the sausage in a dish & cook for 15 mins.

    Turn the sausage over & cook for another 15 mins.

    Make the gravy...

    Cook out the onions.

  4. 4

    Add flour to the onions.

    Stir through.

    Add a little stock at a time & cook out.

    Add the batter to the sausage.

    Reduce the temp to 220 degrees.

    cook for approximately 30 mins until the batter is cooked through.

  7. 7

    Serve with onion gravy.
