With bright colors and delicate shapes a garland can brighten up almost any old room. Today we make a garland with tissue paper. Check it out!
First, cut out double pennants in the colored paper. The pennants should be connected at the top, so that you can hang them onto the string. Then cut out a window for the tissue paper. We cut triangular window in some pennants …
... and punched out round windows in other pennants. The round windows can of course be cut out with scissors, but we love our circle punch.
Place the string in the fold of the pennant, add a piece of tissue paper, and glue together. Trim off excess tissue paper and your first pennant is ready!
Hang the garland closer to a window and let the light shine through the tissue paper!
