One of my favorite sayings is "Through the eyes of a child", one Christmas when I was younger I saw a kid looking through a store window and that child's expression was so innocent and full of wonder. I kinda this child's family and they didn't have money for Christmas gifts so I bought the car and truck set he wanted so bad and wrapped it up along with a tray of cookies for the family. That boy was out in his yard the next day playing all day long with that set. The look on that child's face stuck with me though the years and when I got into polymer clay I decided to make a replica of that child from so many years ago.
