You Will Need (3 things)
- 1 packets Polymer Clay
- 50 cm Leather Cord
- 1 Skewer
Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)
-
1
Break the polymer clay into three even pieces and then roll those pieces into balls using your hands.
-
2
Poke holes through the centre of each ball using the skewer, wiggle it around to widen the hole enough to get your leather cord through it.
-
3
Choose one ball (I picked the largest of the three) and start making random indentations with the point of the skewer, ensure that the spots are even in depth and distribution all over the ball. At this stage you could either do one, two or all three with the indentations depending on how you want the final necklace to look.

4
Then bake the clay at the temperature and the length of time specified on the packet, mine needed 30 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius.
-
5
Thread the beads onto the cord in the order you wish, I had a plain bead, the spotted bead, and then the other plain bead.
-

Now you need to tie the two sliding knots. To do this get one end of the cord, pass it over and under the section of cord on the opposite side of the beads, then pass it back over itself and then through the hole that was just created. Repeat with the other end of cord.

You've now finished the necklace, hurrah!!!
