This is recepie from my best friend's grandma. When she makes it I always come there and eat like thousand of them. The last time I asked her how to make it- simple.

    You need :
    3 dc of milk
    1 egg-if you want
    2 oli spoons
    4 g of dry yeast
    2 sugar spoons
    1 butter spoon
    and of course flour about 500 gr or less

    oil for frying-hald of your pot

    in one little cup pour some milk and put
    yeast there about 20 minutes.
    MIx the rest of milk about 2,5 dcl, butter,oil,sugar egg and after that add foamed yeast with milk, mix it add flour and when it's smooth batter make some slices with glass like on the picture. Put it in board and put a cloth over it, it can stays like a whole night or just 1h ,when they grow up it's almost the end.

    Little balls put in hot oil. Watch that temperature is NOT too hot,because it it's very hot, your donuts are going to be CRUDe from inside but black and over fried outside. So when oil is right put 2-3 balls of batter in that and FRY IT. After frying roll it in sugar. Dip it in the choco cream or JAM, I put some peanut butter,cause i am freak. Mmmmm.

What is dcl?? What kind of measurements see you using for milk, and how much flour??

I used regular spoon, you eat soup with them. And I have to warn you don't form donuts with your hands and don't use wide glass ,because if they are too big they are going to be fried outside but raw/underdone inside. Follow the pictures Happy Glad you love it
