The Red Dragon

Holy Crap!! I was thinking of making this for my mom for a last minute Christmas present because I like origami and she likes dragons and this is totally cool but my ambition was smooshed.I might still try it but will have a back up plan. I am not that good at origami.

The idea of steps 2-4 is to obtain the necessary folds. What you cut off is going to be cut off completely, you will not need it later.

A few questions before I begin:
*are steps 2-4 just so you end up with a square? Could that be avoided by starting with a square peice of paper?
*@23, do you cut that off completely?

well, I must say, it is very complicated and it needs lots of atention and patience! but with more tries, I'm sure that you'll get it right

lolz i attempted it with normal paper, i got frustrated and threw it in the bin lol you must be really patient
