A drink created by Benji together with a guest while looking for an interesting vodka drink... hard to find if you ask us but this one nails it.

You will need

45 ml Lemon Vodka 25 ml fresh Lemon Juice 15 ml Beetroot Syrup ½ barspoon Biercine (herbal Liqueur ) 6 drop of pepper Tincture (You can also infuse the peppers directly into the vodka to obtain the spiciness you like)

Instructions

1. Shake the hell out of it with lots of ice cubes, (double)strain this into your prechilled glass of choice. Decorate with a lemon zeste and enjoy before it gets warm.
