I got my inspiration from babble.com (25 Surprisingly Hip Hot Glue Projects) The link is below: http://www.babble.com/home/25-surprisingly-hip-hot-glue-projects/ The creating part of the bow is completely original. (as far as I know)

Preheat your glue gun and prepare materials.
Cut 2 strips of ribbon to length of choice.
Take the two ends of 1 strips and glue together to form a circle. (refer to next picture)
Here are the circles.
Once glued, press finger down into the middle of the circle, and adjust to make it even. While keeping your finger in the middle, grab your glue gun, lift up, place a drop, and press back down. Be careful not to burn yourself.
Repeat step 5 to both.
Align the two in a criss-cross pattern and glue. Adjust as necessary.
Cut a third piece a little smaller. Wrap around the middle of the bow, placing a drop of glue every other wrap.
Wrap around a second strand if necessary. (I did need a second strand.)
Cut two more strands for the tails. corner off one edge.
Glue both strands to the back. Then glue a small square over it to finish it off.
You can also glue a bobby pin to the back so you can put it in your hair.
And..... You're done!
