A perfect summer cocktail combining Langley's No. 8 with apple juice, elderflower, lemon and mint.

You will need

2 oz Langley's No.8 Gin 2 oz Apple Juice 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur Lemon Fresh Mint

Description

A perfect summer cocktail combining Langley's No. 8 with apple juice, elderflower, lemon and mint.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, elderflower liqueur apple juice.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

3. 

   Add four mint leaves and shake well.

4. 

   Strain into a tall glass.

5. 

   Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
