So my friend, Michael, had a birthday a bit ago and he LOVES the green lantern. So I decided that I needed to use my crafting skills for the betterment of man kind and made him a wicked hoodie. Unfortunatley I didn't get all the steps photographed. Fortunatley, HE LOVED IT! I am so proud and SUPER glad he liked it. :]

First you need to take your black hoodie and paint a white circle on it. I started with spray paint and realised how white on black just doesn't work well... Make sure to paint several coats so it's white enough that you can do the next step.
Then you hand stencil the green lantern symbol on the hoodie in pencil.
Thirdly, you paint the green lantern symbol. Make sure to use a good light green colour so it looks nice and pops compared to the black on the rest of the hoodie... :]
Wrapping: Wrap your gift and give it a superhero label :]
Give it to your superhero so he can unwrap it and give you a SUPER HUG!
P.S. You can use any colour hoodie, any colour paint, and any hero (or villian ;]) you want to use for this project. Get creative and let me know how it turns out ;]
