The City At Midnight Altered Bottle

I always clean the bottle and cap inside and out then let dry before I paint them white. I painted it blue and then drew in the buildings painted them with glitter glue then ran horizontal stripes over the glitter for floors or not windows. the trick is to let your imagination go wild!
